Provider Portal • Provider access to the Provider Portal for icare invoice submission • Publication of provider and practice details, such as location, offered services and bookings references. • Integration to icare Mulesoft (and backend Business Rules Engine) for instant approval of claim or quote. • The Provider Portal will guide providers to properly code a simple icare invoice by using configurable details such as: o participant details o episode of care details o service details such as item codes and pricing for a given modality • Providers able to instantly view status of transaction (i.e., Approved, Declined). • Reporting on transactions including those requiring follow-up action. • Settlement reporting and reconciliation downloads when the Supplier facilitates financial settlement. Funder Portal • icare able to view, filter and search transaction history. • View providers and practice details including transaction activity. • View participant registration details and transaction activity. • Set custom messages and actions for when claims are not approved. • Portal could be configured to enable icare staff to use Workflow tools to manually approve claims where they are not automatically approved. Participant Portal • Participant able to receive quotes from providers which instantly advise whether they are approved or declined. • Participant able to view completed icare transactions in the Medipass Participant Portal. • Optional ability to require participant approval on submitted invoices. • Carers able to access participants account, with approvals.
