The Opt-In Notice. In the event that the Company would like to exercise the Opt-In, the Company shall provide Pfizer with written notice in the form that, from time to time, the Parties identify as, and agree in writing is, the form of written notice for the Company to exercise the Opt-In (the "Opt-In Notice") that includes: (a) the AIP Notice, and (b) any Intellectual Property of Pfizer, any of its Affiliates or any Third Party of which the Company became aware following the grant of AIP that relates or may relate to the Company's proposed research, development, manufacture, or commercialization of any Compounds or Analogs in the AIP Compound Series.
