the other Party. If a Party is uncertain about whether any information is to be treated as confidential in terms of this clause 13, it shall be obliged to treat it as such until written clearance is obtained from the other Party.

the other Party. No Person who is not a party to this Agreement may enforce any provision of this Agreement or otherwise derive any benefit or advantage hereunder.
