The Planning Director or Hearings. Body shall find that all streets, utilities, developed recreational facilities and visitor oriented accommodations required by the FMP are physically provided or are guaranteed through surety bonding or substantial financial assurances approved by the County prior to closure of sale of individual lots or units.

The Planning Director or Hearings. Body shall review a master development plan at the same time the tentative plan for the first phase is reviewed. The Planning Director or Hearings Body may approve, modify or disapprove the master plan and shall set forth findings for such decision. The Planning Director or Hearings Body may also attach conditions necessary to bring the plan into compliance with all applicable land use ordinances and policies. Any tentative plan submitted for the plan area shall conform to the master plan unless approved otherwise by the County. Master plan approval shall be granted for a specified time period by the Planning Director or Hearings Body, and shall be included in the conditions of approval.

  • Contractor Hearing Board 1. If there is evidence that the Contractor may be subject to debarment, the Department will notify the Contractor in writing of the evidence which is the basis for the proposed debarment and will advise the Contractor of the scheduled date for a debarment hearing before the Contractor Hearing Board.

  • Health Care Committee A Health Insurance Committee shall be established and maintained with at least three (3) representatives appointed by the Association and three (3) representatives appointed by the Superintendent. The purpose of the Committee shall be to make recommendations designed to optimize the quality of health care available to District employees and improve cost effectiveness of the health insurance program. Committee members shall review data, work with the District insurance consultant, collaborate on making recommendations for changes in plan design, review bids by insurance companies, and ultimately consider recommending plan changes to their respective constituencies. The Committee is not empowered to unilaterally make changes in health care benefits without ratification by the Association and approval by the Board. The creation of the Committee does not diminish or in any way reduce the Board’s and Association’s rights or responsibilities.

  • Pre-Retirement Counseling Leave ‌ After reaching earliest retirement age, each employee shall be granted up to three and one-half (3-1/2) days leave with pay to pursue bona fide pre-retirement counseling programs. Employees shall request the use of leave provided in this Article at least five (5) days prior to the intended date of use. Authorization for use of pre-retirement counseling leave shall not be withheld unless the Appointing Authority determines that the use of such leave will handicap the efficiency of the employee's work unit. When the dates requested for pre-retirement leave cannot be granted for the above reason, the Agency shall offer the employee a choice from three (3) other sets of dates. The leave herein discussed may be used to investigate and assemble the employee's retirement program, including PERS, Social Security, insurance and other retirement income.

  • Behavioral Interventions Committee This committee develops and monitors procedures for using behavioral interventions in accordance with Board policy 7:230, Misconduct by Students with Disabilities, and provides information and recommendations to the Board. At the Board President's discretion, the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee shall perform the duties assigned to the Behavioral Interventions Committee.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Health Insurance Committee The UFF-USF-GAU President will appoint one (1) employee to serve on the University's Student Health Insurance Committee.

  • Joint Benefits Committee In order to achieve benefit cost reductions, or at a minimum, cost containment, the parties agree to establish and aggressively participate in a Joint Benefits Committee. The parties agree that the Joint Benefits Committee shall explore all potential options or changes that could generate cost reductions to the Benefit Plans with the following order of priorities:

  • Arbitration Board Hearings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer shall grant leave without loss of pay to a reasonable number of employees representing the Union before an Arbitration Board, provided the dispute involves the Employer.

  • Health and Diet Counseling This plan covers diabetes and nutritional counseling in accordance with state and federal laws, when prescribed by a physician and provided by either a physician or an appropriately licensed, registered or certified counselor.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
