Health Care Committee. The Health Care Committee will periodically review the financial position of the City of Naples Health Care Plan and to make recommendations as to Health Plan Coverages, deductibles and co-payment amounts, and City and Employee contributions to the Health Plan. The Human Resources Director or designee shall serve as the chairperson of the committee.
