Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Health care corporation means a health care corporation incorporated under the nonprofit health care corporation reform act, 1980 PA 350, MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704.
Health care plan means any contract, policy or other arrangement for benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment under:
Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Examples include, but are not limited to, a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), licensed practical nurse (LPN), medical doctor (MD), osteopathic physician (DO), respiratory therapist (RT), physical therapist (PT), physician assistant (PA), or occupational therapist (OT).
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.
Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;
Health care professional means a physician or other health care practitioner licensed, accredited, registered, or certified to perform specified health care services consistent with state law.
Executive commissioner means the executive
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Home Health Care Agency means an agency or organization which provides a program of home health care and which:

Licensed health care practitioner means a physician, as defined in Section 1861(r)(1) of the Social Security Act, a registered professional nurse, licensed social worker or other individual who meets requirements prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.
Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);
Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];
Health care practitioner means an individual or firm licensed or certified to engage actively in a regulated health profession.
Managed care plan means a health benefit plan that either requires a covered person to use, or
Health Care Operations shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA 2 Privacy Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.
Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
Health care decision means any decision regarding the health care of the prospective donor.
Regional Committee means a Regional Committee constituted under these articles;
Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.
