AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT This Agreement may only be amended by the parties in writing.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH 1. Subject to the context the words and expressions used in this Agreement have the same meanings respectively as they have in and for the purpose of the Principal Agreement.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS 1. In this Agreement words and expressions shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in the Conditions of Contract referred to.
CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT We may change this Agreement, including (for example) changing the addresses and telephone numbers you should use to contact us, changing fees, adding new fees, changing the Daily Periodic Rates and corresponding APRs or increasing your required minimum payment. We may change this Agreement based on economic or market conditions, our business strategies or for any other reason (including reasons unrelated to you or your Account). Any changes we make to this Agreement may apply to new transactions and/or then-existing balances as described in any notice we are required to provide to you. We will notify you of changes to this Agreement as required by applicable law. We will mail any required written notice to the address we have on file for your Account.
Express Waiver: I desire to expressly waive any claim of confidentiality as to any and all information contained within our response to the competitive procurement process (e.g. RFP, CSP, Bid, RFQ, etc.) by completing the following and submitting this sheet with our response to Education Service Center Region 8 and TIPS. Compliance with this Agreement The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of its agreements and conditions set forth or contemplated herein that are required to be performed or complied with by the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date.

Execution of Agreement and Effective Date The Agreement shall become effective (i.e., final and binding) upon the date of signing of this Agreement and the CAP by the last signatory (Effective Date).
Accepting this Agreement You accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when your application is approved and we have created your Account/Card.
