MOTOR CAR. The Company shall provide or procure the provision to the Officer during the Employment and for the purposes thereof with a motor car deemed by the Company to be appropriate to the status of the Employment and shall be responsible for payment of the whole expenses of maintaining and running such motor car including insurance, petrol and maintenance. The Officer shall be entitled to make reasonable use of the said motor car for private purposes but shall not take, or allow to be taken, the said motor car outside the United Kingdom without the prior written consent of the Company.
MOTOR CAR. To assist in the performance of his duties the Company shall during the Term provide the Executive with a motor car of a cost and type to be determined from time to time by the Board and subject to any terms and conditions which the Company may from time to time impose on the Executive in relation thereto. Subject to such terms and conditions the Company shall bear the cost of insuring testing taxing repairing and maintaining the car and shall reimburse to the Executive all running expenses of the car properly incurred in connection with the performance of duties
MOTOR CAR. 7.1 Subject to clause 5.9 above, The Company will provide a cash alternative, in accordance with it’s car policy as may be amended from time to time for use by the Executive in the performance of his duties hereunder and the Executive will use the same as may be necessary.
7.2 The Executive will (so far as the law permits) at all times be the holder of a current driving licence entitling him to drive the motor car on public roads in the United Kingdom and on request will produce it to the Company.
MOTOR CAR. At his option, the Executive may notify the Company that a stated percentage of his monthly salary shall be paid towards the expense of leasing a car for the Executive.
MOTOR CAR. The Company shall pay to the Executive a car allowance at the rate of £12,000 per year, payable in arrears by equal monthly instalments and subject to applicable deductions. The Company shall also pay for road tax, insurance and fuel (for both personal and business use) for one car. The car allowance and related benefits shall not be an addition to salary and shall not count towards any salary related benefits, including without limitation the Executive’s pension.
MOTOR CAR. (a) The Company shall provide and maintain for the sole use of the Executive a Motor Car and all expenses and petrol in connection with its private and business use shall be paid or reimbursed to the Executive by the Company on presentation of appropriate receipts if required, subject to the provisions of clause 8.2 above.
(b) A new Motor Car will be supplied to the Executive after 3 years or 75,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
(c) The Motor Car may be used by persons other than the Executive with the Executive's permission and provided that such use is in compliance with the Company's motor insurance policy covering the Motor Car.
(d) The Executive shall not authorise any person to use the Motor Car who is not in possession of a valid driving licence.
(e) The Company reserves the right to vary the terms and/or rules regarding Company vehicles.
(f) The Executive shall abide by the Company's Car Scheme Rules in force from time to time.
MOTOR CAR. 10.1 The Company will provide a car for Executive’s business and minimal private use up to a value of €100,000 provided that such a car is full electric, which is subject to special benefit-in-kind (“BIK”) payments whereby the first €45,000 in value is exempt from BIK calculations under current legislation. If not provided with the car, the Company will cover the cost of a charging unit for the Executive at his principal private residence. Appropriate BIK amounts will be deducted via payroll (subject to car-pooling relief). Should legislation change the Company will not be responsible to adjust the net BIK and any new BIK will be deducted from payroll. The Company will fund the tax and insurance cost of the motor car. A full Company car policy and terms will be agreed before commencement date.
10.2 If Executive does not wish to avail of the Company car option, a gross annual payment of €12,000 will be paid with annual salary.
MOTOR CAR. For the purpose of enabling the Executive properly to perform his duties hereunder the Company shall provide him with the use of a motor car of a make, model and specification compatible with his status in the Company in accordance with the Company’s car policy from time to time and shall defray the insurance costs and all running costs. The Executive will pay all petrol costs and be refunded on an agreed scale for all business mileage. The Executive shall, except at such times as the vehicle is by arrangement with the Company, out with the Executive’s custody and control, be responsible for ensuring that such vehicle is at all times in the state and condition required by law and that (where applicable) a test certificate in relation thereto is in force and for ensuring that he holds a valid United Kingdom drivers licence at all times which shall be produced to the Company on demand. The Executive will be required at all times to conform with the Company’s regulations regarding the provision of motor vehicles and in particular shall procure that the insurance cover relating to the vehicle provided is not prejudiced or avoided.
MOTOR CAR. 9.1 During the Executive's employment under this Agreement and whilst the Executive is legally entitled to drive the Company will provide him with a motor car or a monthly cash car allowance in accordance with the Company's Car Policy as amended from time to time. The Company will pay all costs of road fund licence, insurance premiums and running expenses in respect of the motor car including fuel, oil, maintenance and repairs.
9.2 The Executive will be permitted use of the motor car for his own private purposes (including use on holidays).
9.3 The Executive will take good care of the motor car and will observe the terms and conditions of any policy of insurance and all regulations issued from time to time by the Company regarding the use of motor cars provided to its officers or employees.
9.4 On the termination of his employment under this Agreement for any reason the Executive will immediately return the motor car, its keys and all documents relating to it to the Company at its principal place of business or as otherwise directed by the Company.
MOTOR CAR. (a) During Executive's employment under this Agreement and whilst Executive is legally entitled to drive, Ceridian will provide him with a motor car for use in the performance of his duties under this Agreement. The type and model of the car will be commensurate with his status in the reasonable opinion of the CEO. At the date of this Agreement, the motor car deemed to be commensurate with Executive's status is a Jaguar XK 8 convertible. Subject as follows Ceridian will pay all costs of road fund licence, insurance premiums and running expenses in respect of the motor car including fuel, oil, maintenance and repairs.
(b) Executive will be permitted reasonable use of the motor car for his own private purposes (including use on holidays).
(c) Executive will take good care of the motor car and will observe the terms and conditions of any policy of insurance and all regulations issued from time to time by Ceridian regarding the use of motor cars provided to its officers or employees.
