The SBM Rupicard. Credit Card issued to You is valid world-wide for payment in foreign exchange except at Merchant Establishments in Nepal and Bhutan. Use of the card in Nepal or Bhutan for payment in foreign exchange would be a breach of the “Foreign Exchange Management Act” (FEMA) or any other corresponding law. You accept full responsibility for wrongful use in contravention to these conditions and undertake and agree to indemnify the Bank to make good any loss, damage, interest, conversion, any other financial charge that the Bank may incur and/or suffer as a result of your violations of the provisions thereof.
