The Work Plan. 8.2.1. The annual work plan process is designed to support faculty planning, growth, and assessment. Individual workload assignments shall be recommended by the supervisor/evaluator and subject to the approval of the xxxxxxx. 8.2.2. Annually, each Bargaining Unit Faculty member develops a work plan in consultation with her/his supervisor/evaluator. This provides an opportunity for faculty to develop individual professional development plans that align with the needs of the department/program/cluster and the university mission as well as to identify resources that support accomplishing these goals. Bargaining Unit Members will determine the evidence that will be used to assess achievement of annual goals and will reflect on accomplishments and needed revisions on an annual basis.
