Theatrical Motion Picture Released on Free Television. If a theatrical motion picture is released on free television before it has had a bona fide theatrical release (determined as provided in Article 15.A.3.j. of this Basic Agreement), the compensation of the writer or writers who have received screen authorship credit for such motion picture shall be adjusted so that it shall be no less than the appropriate television minimum compensation or the appropriate theatrical minimum compensation, whichever is higher.
