Therapeutic Milieu Service Components. The following services must be made available during the course of the therapeutic milieu for an average of at least three hours per day for a full-day Day Treatment Intensive Services program, and an average of at least two hours per day for a half-day program. One program staff member must be present and available to the group during the milieu for all scheduled hours of therapeutic milieu.
