Thermo Representations Sample Clauses

The 'Thermo Representations' clause sets out the specific assurances or statements made by a party regarding the thermal properties or performance of a product, material, or system. In practice, this clause may require a supplier to confirm that their goods meet certain thermal efficiency standards, such as insulation values or heat resistance, as specified in the contract. By including these representations, the clause ensures that the receiving party can rely on the stated thermal characteristics, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over product performance and clarifying expectations regarding compliance with technical requirements.
