Third Party Content, Software and Services. Except as otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing, the warranties, obligations and liabilities of Xxxxx and Your remedies with respect to any Third Party Content, software or services will be limited to whatever recourse may be available against the third party provider of such Third Party Content, software or services and ARE SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER LIMITATIONS AS MAY BE DISPLAYED IN OR REFERENCED BY SUCH THIRD PARTY CONTENT, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES.

Xxxxx'x agreements with such third parties may require Xxxxx to deny or otherwise restrict Your access to certain Third Party Content, software or services available through the Tyler Services. You will comply with all such restrictions and such restrictions are incorporated herein by reference. Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • Client Software You may only use the client software with the ERP solution. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the client software to access your ERP solution.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Third Party Products and Services Through its Product(s), Palo Alto Networks may make available to you third-party products or services (“third-party apps”) which contain features designed to interoperate with our Products. To use such features, you must either obtain access to such third-party apps from their respective providers or permit Palo Alto Networks to obtain access on your behalf.   • Software Licensing Contractor represents and warrants that the software, if any, as delivered to City, does not contain any program code, virus, worm, trap door, back door, time or clock that would erase data or programming or otherwise cause the software to become inoperable, inaccessible, or incapable of being used in accordance with its user manuals, either automatically, upon the occurrence of licensor-selected conditions or manually on command. Contractor further represents and warrants that all third party software, delivered to City or used by Contractor in the performance of the Contract, is fully licensed by the appropriate licensor.
