Third Party Terms and Conditions. In the event that Supplier’s provision of the Licensed Services or any performance obligations under the Contract, or any order or SOW issued under the Contract, include third-party terms and conditions, the Commonwealth security policies standards and guidelines referenced in this Contract above – i.e., SEC501 and SEC525 - will take precedence over any third party terms and conditions. For the purposes of statutory law as referenced and incorporated in this Contract, if there is any conflict with any third party terms, such statutory law will govern.

Where we have recommended products or services via a third party, for example a product provider or investment platform, the terms and conditions of that third party will apply. Anti-Money Laundering We are required by the anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of our clients, to obtain information as to the purpose and nature of the business which we conduct on their behalf, and to ensure that the information we hold is up-to-date. For this purpose, we may use electronic identity verification systems which may include verifying your identity against credit reference data, but this is purely for the purposes of identity verification and will not affect, nor appear on, any credit reference score. We may conduct these checks from time to time throughout our relationship, not just at the beginning. By accepting these Terms, you consent to us carrying out such identity verification checks. Data Protection Your personal information is very important to us. We will endeavour to take all due care to protect this information. For further details on how we manage your personal information please refer to the separate Data Privacy Statement which we have issued to you.
Third Party Terms and Conditions. In addition to any Third Party Service Provider terms and conditions that may be presented during use of the Services, Advisor acknowledges that Altruist may notify Advisor of additional Third Party Service Provider terms and conditions, including by posting them to a website as Altruist may specify in advance written notice to Advisor (the “Third Party Terms and Conditions”). Advisor agrees to be bound by all such terms in its use of the Services, services provided by Third Party Service Providers, and Information provided by Information Providers. Altruist reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, delete, and add to the Third Party Terms and Conditions from time-to-time and Advisor agrees to periodically visit the site designated by Altruist and review the Third Party Terms and Conditions for any such changes. Advisor’s continued use of the Services shall constitute its acceptance of and agreement to be bound by any such modifications, deletions, and additions to the Third Party Terms and Conditions. In the event Advisor is unwilling to be bound by any or all of the Third Party Terms and Conditions, Advisor must immediately notify Altruist in writing and cease use of all applicable Services.
