Third Positive Test. If, within twenty-four (24) months of the second positive test, an employee tests positive for either alcohol or drugs, the employee will be discharged.

H. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS PROVIDED Employees will be provided an opportunity to be involved in a drug and alcohol-free awareness program to inform them of requirements, services and penalties.
Third Positive Test. Upon a student’s third positive test any time during the student’s school career in Lincoln County, the MRO shall notify the Superintendent’s designee, the student, and the student’s parents. The par- ent/guardian will have three (3) calendar days to conference with the MRO to con- firm the results of the test. If the parents fail to conference with the MRO, the test will be reported to the Superintendent’s designee as “positive-non-contact.”
Third Positive Test. If person registers 0.02%BAC or tests positive to illegal drugs, a third time within a 12 month period he/she shall be encouraged to receive further professional counselling. In the interests of the persons own safety and the safety of other employees of Hunter Civil & Hire Pty Ltd their employment will be terminated.
Third Positive Test a. A positive test will be considered a third occurrence if within 2 years of a second positive test, the employee again tests positive for alcohol or drugs.
b. There will be no recommendation for counseling or rehabilitation in the case of a third positive test.
