Third Weekend Premium. a) Employees required to work three (3) consecutive weekends shall be paid a third weekend premium at applicable overtime rates for all hours worked on the weekend which was added to their regular schedule and caused the three (3) consecutive weekends to be worked. b) This premium shall not be applicable where an OTFT Employee waives the third weekend premium in writing using an Application for Relief Work Form.
