Common use of Thirty Day Emergency Bank Clause in Contracts

Thirty Day Emergency Bank. In the event that it is necessary for an employee to be absent more than the cumulative days allowable, the employee shall be paid the difference between his/her regular wages and those of anyone employed to substitute for him/her during his/her absence up to a maximum of thirty (30) days. The additional thirty (30) days shall not be cumulative. Absence beyond the additional thirty (30) days shall mean full loss of pay.
