TIE LINE. When a tie line exists between two member systems, use of these criteria shall result in a uniform circuit rating that is determined on a consistent basis between the two systems. For tie lines between a SPP member and a non-member, the member shall follow this criteria to rate the circuit elements owned by them and shall coordinate the rating of the tie line with the non-member system such that it utilizes the lowest rating between the two systems.
TIE LINE. A circuit connecting two or more Balancing Authority Areas or systems of an electric system.
TIE LINE. The Generator-owned line between Generator’s Facility and the Change of Ownership at GPC’s Interconnection Facilities, which carries electrical power and communications. The Tie-Line is part of Generator’s Facility. Total Tax Impact Amount: The actual Tax Impact Amount, including any interest or penalties not attributable to GPC delay.
