Tier A - Employees With More Than Thirty Years of Continuous Service as Safety Members. Employees covered by this agreement and designated by CCCERA as safety members with credit for more than thirty (30) years of continuous service as safety members, will not make payments from their retirement base to pay part of the employer’s contribution for the cost of Safety Tier A.

  • Public Employees Retirement System “PERS”) Members.
