TIME FOR FILING PROOF OF LOSS. Affirmative proof of loss must be furnished to the Company by the Insured Person at its said office in case of a claim for such loss within sixty (60) days after the termination of the period for which the Company is liable. If it shall be shown not to have been reasonably possible to give such notice within such time by the Insured Person, such proof is furnished as soon as reasonable possible and within one (1) year after the date of such loss.
