Time for Responses. Except as indicated otherwise herein, MBUSA shall respond to all ATX requests for approval on pricing proposals, and policy and procedure changes within thirty (30) days of submission thereof.

Time for Responses. All written requests of the Owner shall be responded to by Company in writing within five (5) days, except for emergency requests which require a more timely response as set forth herein. Owner shall make reasonable efforts to respond to Company's requests for information within the same time frame.
Time for Responses. Within five (5) days of Contractor’s receipt of a Construction Change Directive, Contractor shall provide a preliminary estimate of any change in Contract Price or Contract Time associated with the change described in the Construction Change Directive. Within ten (10) days following receipt of a Construction Change Directive or within such shorter period as may be reasonably possible, Contractor shall submit a Change Order Request to Construction Manager together with the revised or new documents which, if approved by Owner, will become part of the Construction Contract setting forth any requested adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Time, and including an itemization of all costs of material and labor with extensions listing quantities and total costs. If Contractor is unable to submit the above information within the time allowed, Contractor shall submit to Construction Manager in writing, for Construction Manager’s approval, a date by which Contractor will submit the information (which date shall be as soon as reasonably possible given the nature of Construction Change Directive) as well as a schedule for the performance of the Work for which a Change Order Request will be forthcoming.

  • Filing of Amendments; Response to Commission Requests The Company will promptly advise the Representatives of any proposal to amend or supplement at any time the Initial Registration Statement, any Additional Registration Statement or any Statutory Prospectus and will not effect such amendment or supplementation without the Representatives’ consent; and the Company will also advise the Representatives promptly of (i) the effectiveness of any Additional Registration Statement (if its Effective Time is subsequent to the execution and delivery of this Agreement), (ii) any amendment or supplementation of a Registration Statement or any Statutory Prospectus, (iii) any request by the Commission or its staff for any amendment to any Registration Statement, for any supplement to any Statutory Prospectus or for any additional information, (iv) the institution by the Commission of any stop order proceedings in respect of a Registration Statement or the threatening of any proceeding for that purpose, and (v) the receipt by the Company of any notification with respect to the suspension of the qualification of the Offered Securities in any jurisdiction or the institution or threatening of any proceedings for such purpose. The Company will use its best efforts to prevent the issuance of any such stop order or the suspension of any such qualification and, if issued, to obtain as soon as possible the withdrawal thereof.

  • Timing of Administrator Response The Administrator shall respond to such Claimant within ninety (90) days after receiving the claim. If the Administrator determines that special circumstances require additional time for processing the claim, the Administrator can extend the response period by an additional ninety (90) days by notifying the Claimant in writing, prior to the end of the initial ninety (90) day period, that an additional period is required. The notice of extension must set forth the special circumstances and the date by which the Administrator expects to render its decision.

  • Procedure for Offer Landlord shall notify Tenant (the "First Offer Notice") from time to time when Landlord determines that Landlord shall commence the marketing of any First Offer Space because such space shall become available for lease to third parties, where no holder of a Superior Right desires to lease such space. The First Offer Notice shall describe the space so offered to Tenant and shall set forth Landlord's proposed material economic terms and conditions applicable to Tenant's lease of such space (collectively, the "Economic Terms"), including the proposed term of lease and the proposed rent payable for the First Offer Space. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord's obligation to deliver the First Offer Notice shall not apply during the last nine (9) months of the initial Lease Term unless Tenant has delivered an Interest Notice to Landlord pursuant to Section 31(c) above nor shall Landlord be obligated to deliver the First Offer Notice during the last eight (8) months of the initial Lease Term unless Tenant has timely delivered Tenant's Acceptance to Landlord pursuant to Section 31(c) above.
