Time Limitation. The time limits set forth in the grievance procedure shall be followed by the parties. If the time procedure is not followed by the Union, the grievance shall be considered settled on the basis of the Employer's last disposition. If the time procedure is not followed by the Employer, the grievance shall automatically advance to the next step.
