- Time Limitations and General. (a) A grievance covered by this Article must be presented promptly by the aggrieved Employee within 10 business days after it arises and be processed in accordance with the following steps, time limits, and conditions. The parties recognize that the prompt settlement of grievances is important to a sound and harmonious relationship between the Union, the City, and the Employees.
