Common use of Time of Answers Clause in Contracts

Time of Answers. Management will answer in writing any grievance presented to it in writing by the Union: (a) By the Department Head within three (3) working days, (b) By the Labour Relations Supervisor within seven (7) working days from the date of the meeting at which the grievance was discussed. These time limits may be extended at any time by agreement between the Company and the Union.
