Common use of Time of Return to Teaching Duties Clause in Contracts

Time of Return to Teaching Duties. The teacher may resume teaching duties at such time as in the opinion of the teacher's physician that the teacher is able to resume teaching duties. The School Corporation may, at its option, require the certificate of the physician to this effect.
