With regard to any provision requiring the approval, review or delivery of any item for which a stated time period is not provided, the party conducting such review or which is required to provide approval or delivery shall have a reasonable amount of days to provide the same, but in no event in excess of five (5) business days.

Unless otherwise indicated, wherever Landlord’s approval is required (a) such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and (b) if Landlord does not respond within the number of days indicated (or if no such timeframe is indicated, within five (5) business days), Tenant may send a second written notice to Landlord requesting such approval and, if Landlord does not respond within five (5) business days of its receipt of such second request, Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the request.
