Both Landlord and Tenant shall use commercially reasonable, good faith, efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with each other to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the permits, as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease, and, in that regard, shall meet on a scheduled basis to be determined by Landlord and Tenant, to discuss progress in connection with the same.
