Time off for Committee Meetings. Any representative of the Collective Bargaining Committee or Labour/Management Committee shall have the right to attend Collective Bargaining meetings or Labour/Management meetings held with management within working hours. Such leave shall be without loss of pay and or benefits and or seniority up to and including arbitration concerning renewal of this agreement.
