Common use of Time Off for Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Time Off for Negotiations. The parties will make every effort to schedule 11 off for all Association local bargaining team members to attend contract 12 negotiations sessions. The nurse must give reasonable advance notice to the 13 Employer of any such requested time off. Nurses may elect, but shall not be 14 required, to use PTO for such time off.
