Common use of Time Off for Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Time Off for Negotiations. The parties will make every effort to schedule 11 schedules. The Employer shall make a good faith effort to grant requested time 12 off for all Association local bargaining team members to attend contract 13 negotiations sessions. The nurse must give reasonable advance notice to the 14 Employer of any such requested time off. Nurses may elect, but shall not be 15 required, to use PTO for such time off.
