Time & Scheduling Restrictions. Supplementary vacation not used within the specified period will be paid out unless the scheduled supplementary vacation is cancelled by the Employer or cannot be taken due to illness of the employee. In such case, the employee can bank the remaining time to be taken in the next calendar year, provided the employee was ill for at least one (1) week.
