Common use of TIME SPAN REFERENCES Clause in Contracts

TIME SPAN REFERENCES. References to days, weeks, months or years shall be understood to be calendar days unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement. Where a shift covers two calendar days, e.g. 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., the shift will be said to relate solely to the day in which the majority of its hours fall.
