Time Spent on Authorized Paid Leave of Absence. Any paid time off, to which an employee is entitled as a matter or right under and in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement, shall be considered as time worked for the purposes of seniority, longevity, and other matters where tenure is a factor.
