Time to be Devoted. During the period of employment, Executive shall devote Executive’s full time, attention and efforts to Executive’s employment with Company.

Time to be Devoted. During the Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall devote his or her full working time and attention to the business and affairs of the Corporation. The Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any person, other than services with regard to charitable or community service organizations and any board member or advisor positions that have been approved in advance by the CEO (or as otherwise required by the policies of the Corporation from time to time). The Executive agrees to disclose to the CEO from time to time any and all charitable or community service activities or board member or advisor activities with which the Executive is involved which could or which may have a conflict of interest with the Corporation’s business, strategy and activities. The Executive is permitted to continue to act as a board member or advisor for those organizations listed in Schedule A” (Permitted Charitable, Community & OTHER Activities), and the Executive represents that in doing so, the Executive will not be in breach of the restrictive covenants contained in Section 6.
Time to be Devoted. Until the Termination Date, Executive shall devote Executive’s business time, attention and efforts that Company may request from time to time.

Time to be Devoted. Consultant shall provide at least ten (10) full days of Services per month to the Company, with at least six days on location at its executive offices in Nashville or at any of its restaurant locations, and such additional days as requested by the Company either on location as specified above or at other locations, as mutually agreed.

The Executive is permitted to continue to act as a board member or advisor for those organizations listed in Schedule A” (Permitted Charitable, Community & OTHER Activities), and the Executive represents that in doing so, the Executive will not be in breach of the restrictive covenants contained in Section 6.
Time to be Devoted. During the Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall devote at least 75% of his working time and attention to the business and affairs of the Corporation. The Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any person, other than services with regard to charitable or community service organizations and any board member or advisor positions that have been approved in advance by the Chair of the Governance Committee of the Board (or as otherwise required by the policies of the Corporation from time to time). The Executive agrees to disclose to the Chair of the Governance Committee of the Board from time to time any and all charitable or community service activities or board member or advisor activities with which the Executive is involved which could or which may have a conflict of interest with the Corporation’s business, strategy and activities. For greater certainty, the Executive is permitted to devote up to 25% of his working time and attention to the business and affairs of, and/or to continue to act as a board member or advisor of, those organizations listed in Schedule A” (Permitted Charitable, Community & OTHER Activities), and the Executive represents that, in doing so, the Executive will not be in breach of the restrictive covenants contained in Section 6.

Time to be Devoted. The Consultant will devote 100% of his professional time to perform under this Agreement. The services, time and performance of the Consultant are all entirely the sole judgment of The Consultant.
