Time Trades. i. Employees may agree to time trades with other employees who are qualified to perform the duties in the course of the trade. Such agreement shall be in writing and signed by both employees. The Institution shall provide the forms necessary to implement this Subsection. Employees shall submit trade requests seven (7) days in advance of the trade date.
