Timeline for Implementation of Gateway Mitigation Plan. University will commence implementation of the Gateway Mitigation Plan no later than one (1) year from the Effective Date of this Agreement, consistent with the terms of the Gateway Mitigation Plan, Exhibit B. The first implementation phase shall include preparation of the new oak woodland identified as White Oak Restoration Area on the Gateway Mitigation Plan and removal of invasive species and native groundcover and shrub replacement in the Mixed Forest Restoration Area consistent with the Gateway Mitigation Plan. The second implementation phase shall include restoration of the Maple Bench Area with a native tree and shrub mix consistent with the Gateway Mitigation Plan.
