Use for Match Prohibited Grantee shall not use funds provided under this Contract for matching purposes in securing other funding without the written approval of the System Agency.
Applicable for Home Care Nurses: In the event that the Employer transfers the delivery of Home Care services to another employer, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing at least ninety (90) days in advance of any transfer of services. The notification to the Union shall identify which services are being transferred, the name of the employer to which the services are being transferred and the names of the nurses within the bargaining unit affected by the transfer of services.
