Timely Notification of Performance Issues. Performance issues, which may lead to disciplinary action, should be brought to the employee’s attention in writing by the employee’s immediate supervisor as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) days after the last occurrence in order to provide the employee the opportunity and assistance to improve their performance.
