Timescales. 7.1. The Service Provider shall provide the Services from the Commencement Date. The Services shall be carried out in accordance with any timescales set out in Schedule One (the Project) and Schedule Two (the Project Plan). 0.0. Xx the event that the Service Provider fails to fulfil an obligation by the relevant date as specified in Schedule One (the Project) owing to its Default, the Service Provider shall, at the request of the Authority and without prejudice to the Authority’s other rights and remedies, arrange all such additional resources as are necessary to fulfil this obligation as early as possible thereafter at no additional cost to the Authority. 0.0. Xx the event that the Service Provider fails to fulfil an obligation by the relevant date as specified in Schedule One (the Project) owing to the Default of the Authority, then: 7.3.1. any timescales in Schedules One and Two shall be extended by a period equal to the period of delay for which the Authority is responsible; and 7.3.2. both Parties shall work together to mitigate the effect of the delay on the performance of the Services. 7.4. Timely provision of the Services is of the essence.
