Timing of annual leave. (a) A Teacher must take annual leave during Nonnon-term weeks. Leave must generally be taken, in the case of an Employee whose employment with the Employer is continuing into the next school or preschool year, in the four-week period immediately following the final Term term week of the current School school or preschool year, unless otherwise agreed with the Employer (b) It is preferable for School Administration Services Staff to take annual leave during non-term time. (c) The Employer may require a General Staff Employee to take their annual leave during non-term weeks.
