Timing of Dispatch Notices and Incremental Dispatch Notices. Subject to the limitations of this Agreement, the ISO may issue a Dispatch Notice for any Peak Day during the Summer Periods 2002 and 2003. The ISO shall promptly issue a Dispatch Notice, but in no case earlier than two (2) hours before the close of the PX Day Ahead Market for the Peak Day, if it determines that it will require Committed Capability from the Generating Facility during the Peak Day. If, subsequent to such issuance, the ISO determines that it will require a different level of Committed Capability (increase or decrease) than that Dispatched, or a different duration of the Requested Operation Period, the ISO may issue Incremental Dispatch Notices.
