Comply with Laws It will comply in all material respects with all applicable laws and orders to which it may be subject if failure so to comply would materially impair its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement or any Credit Support Document to which it is a party.
Amendment to Comply with Law The Parties acknowledge that state and federal laws and regulations relating to data security and privacy are rapidly evolving and that amendment of this Agreement may be required to provide procedures to ensure compliance with such developments.
Failure to comply with directions If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, Network Rail shall be entitled to remove from the Network or Stable any Specified Equipment left on the Network or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by Network Rail in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.
Work Does Not Comply with Contract If the Engineer submits work that does not comply with the terms of this contract, the State shall instruct the Engineer to make such revision as is necessary to bring the work into compliance with the contract. No additional compensation shall be paid for this work.
Consistency with Federal Laws and Regulations This Agreement shall incorporate by reference Section 22.9 of the CAISO Tariff as if the references to the CAISO Tariff were referring to this Agreement.
Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.
CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.
Applicable Legislation If and to the extent that any provision of this Agreement limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Legislation, the mandatory requirement will prevail. The Corporation and the Subscription Receipt Agent each will at all times in relation to this Agreement and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Applicable Legislation.
Impact of Legislation (a) The parties recognize and agree that they cannot be obligated or bound by any term, condition or provision, which would be contrary to any existing federal or provincial legislation or regulations passed pursuant thereto. In the event that any term, condition or provision, or part thereof, which is incorporated into this Agreement, whether by inadvertence, error or misunderstanding, is in fact or in law contrary to such federal or provincial legislation or regulation, then such term, condition or provision or part thereof, is void and of no effect.
Laws and Regulations All Equipment, Products, or Services provided under this Contract must comply fully with applicable federal laws and regulations, and with the laws in the states and provinces in which the Equipment, Products, or Services are sold.
