To NAI. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Term McAfxx.xxx xxxeby grants NAI a non-exclusive, non-transferable license under the McAfxx.xxx Xxxent Rights to make, have made, import, use, offer for Sale, Sell or License McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products alone or bundled with other products and for the NAI Permitted Business Purpose.

To NAI. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, McAfxx.xxx xxxnts to NAI the following worldwide, non-exclusive (except to the limited extent as set forth in Section 2.3, in which it is exclusive), royalty-bearing and nontransferable licenses, under McAfxx.xxx'x xopyrights and trade secrets in and to the McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products and solely for the NAI Permitted Business Purpose : (i) To distribute the McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products: (A) alone or bundled with NAI Licensed Products or other products; and to reproduce and use copies of the McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products therefor; and (B) to third party OEMs for the purpose of bundling the McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products with such third party's products and distributing the bundled products to End Users. (ii) To manufacture, reproduce, incorporate, build, integrate, package or repackage McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products media, alone or bundled with NAI Licensed Products or any third party products. (iii) To sublicense McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products to End Users, alone or bundled with NAI Licensed Products or other products. (iv) To distribute and use McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products for help desk, development testing, evaluation, demonstration and internal use purposes on NAI's computers for technical support, service, training, and sales promotion, and to copy McAfxx.xxx Xxxensed Products for such purposes without charge.
