To Return to Work. a) The Employee shall confirm in writing to the Personnel Office of the Division of Human Resources the Employee's intention of resuming employment at least sixty (60) days in advance of availability date or expiration of leave, whichever occurs first. b) The Employee may be required to satisfactorily pass a return to work physical examination at the University Health Service.
