Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus. Residence Facility and the entire University campus is tobacco and smoke- free pursuant to BOR Policy 9.1.7. The use of all forms of tobacco products is expressly prohibited. Tobacco products is defined as cigarettes, cigars, pipes, all forms of smokeless tobacco, clove cigarettes, and any other smoking devices that use tobacco such as hookahs or simulate the use of tobacco such as electronic cigarettes.

Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus. The Institution is tobacco and smoke free in accordance with BOR Policy 9.1.
Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus. In accordance with the Georgia Smoke Free Air Act of 2005, Title 31 Chapter 12A, this policy reinforces the University System of Georgia (USG) and Xxxxxxx State University’s commitment to provide a safe and amicable workplace for all employees. The goal of the policy is to preserve and improve the health, comfort and environment of students, employees and any persons occupying our campuses.
Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus. The University System of Georgia Properties, including Valdosta State University and its owned and leased/operated facilities are tobacco and smoke-free locations. The use of all forms of Tobacco Products on USG Properties is expressly prohibited. Further, the advertising, sale, or free sampling of Tobacco Products on USG Properties is prohibited unless specifically approved for research purposes. All events hosted by a USG entity and by outside groups on behalf of the USG shall be tobacco-free. “Tobacco Products” is defined as cigarettes, cigars, pipes, all forms of smokeless tobacco, clove cigarettes, and any other smoking devices that use tobacco, such as hookahs, or simulate the use of tobacco, such as electronic cigarettes. This definition also includes any smoking devices for any purpose which create an aerosol or vapor or the use of any oral smoking device which might circumvent the prohibition of smoking in this policy.
Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus. As of August 1, 2011, all Texas State property is a tobacco and smoke free campus. Contractors or service providers are notified that they are expected to inform all employees and subcontractors assigned to work at Texas State of the “Texas State Tobacco Policy” and enforce compliance.
Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus. Each campus of the System is tobacco and smoke free in accordance with BOR Policy 9.1.7. The Concessionaire will comply with BOR Policy 9.1.7, as amended from time to time and will require the Contractor and each Design Professional to comply with this policy.

  • TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites. It is also applicable to Contractors and their personnel during contract performance on County owned property. Tobacco is defined as tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco and snuff. Failure to abide by this policy may result in civil penalties levied under Chapter 386, Florida Statutes and/or contract enforcement remedies.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the positions listed in Section 3 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for replacement of safety footwear. This allowance will be paid to employees on a semiannual basis, with half paid in January and half paid in July to eligible employees on the payroll at the time of the payments. Employees of Departments with work rules that provide such safety footwear will not be eligible for the safety footwear allowance. 2. Safety footwear purchased must meet ANSI standards where applicable. Requirements for the wearing of safety footwear will be in accordance with work rules published by the State. 3. Positions required to wear safety footwear:

Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Supplier/Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.
