Toll-Free Port IN. You will submit and monitor status of all toll-free port IN orders on behalf of Your end-user subscribers through Voice Telco Services’ LOA Wizard and HostPilot® control panel or other such methods as Voice Telco Services may specify. All such orders must include an end- user pen and ink signed toll-free LOA authorizing port in to RSAxx, and include a bill copy current to within thirty (30) days showing the toll-free number(s). You will be responsible to manage and communicate all porting issues and statuses with Your end-user subscribers; in no case will Your end- user subscribers have access to Voice Telco Services employees or systems including Your HostPilot account, LOA Wizard, or email communications from Voice Telco Services. Voice Telco Services will charge a RespOrg fee for toll-free port IN as defined in the Purchase Agreement for RespOrg moves from other carriers (including from Your own RespOrg ID (if applicable) to Voice Telco Services). You will be responsible for insuring that any porting numbers that Voice Telco Services provisions in its systems on Your behalf are properly assigned in Your systems to the appropriate end-user subscriber. Large migrations or additions of toll-free numbers will be performed on a special project basis and may require the payment by You of a professional services fee to Intermedia, subject to the terms of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis.   • ARRANGING FOR FIRM ALL-REQUIREMENTS POWER SUPPLY Competitive Supplier shall participate in or make appropriate arrangements with the ISO-NE, any relevant regional transmission organization, wholesale suppliers or any other entity to ensure an uninterrupted flow of reliable, safe, firm, All-Requirements Power Supply to the Local Distributor for delivery to Participating Consumers, and take Commercially Reasonable steps to cooperate with the NEPOOL, the ISO-NE or any other entity to ensure a source of back-up power in the event that the facilities owned or controlled by Competitive Supplier's affiliates or other sources of power supply are unable to generate and/or deliver All-Requirements Power Supply to the Point of Delivery. In the event the Competitive Supplier is unable to deliver sufficient electricity to the grid to serve Participating Consumers, the Competitive Supplier shall utilize such arrangements as may be necessary to continue to serve Participating Consumers under the terms of this ESA, and shall bear any costs it may incur in carrying out these obligations. Competitive Supplier shall not be responsible to the Town or any Participating Consumers in the event the Local Distributor disconnects, curtails or reduces service to Participating Consumers (notwithstanding whether such disconnection is directed by the ISO- NE) in order to facilitate construction, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or inspection of any of the Local Distributor’s facilities, to maintain the safety and reliability of the Local Distributor’s electrical system, or due to any other reason, including emergencies, forced outages, potential overloading of the Local Distributor’s transmission and/or distribution circuits, Force Majeure or the non-payment of any distribution service costs or other such costs due for services provided by the Local Distributor to a Participating Consumer.

  • Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate. Xxxx and keep shall govern compensation for such traffic exchanged by the Parties in this State until the earlier of: (1) the expiration of the Agreement, or (2) further action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or a court of competent jurisdiction, vacates, replaces, modifies, or supersedes the applicable rules adopted in Order on Remand and Report and Order, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 00-00, XXX 00-000 (xxx.   • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
