Common use of TOOL PROTECTION Clause in Contracts

TOOL PROTECTION. The Company shall supply a suitable locked storage for the Employee’s tools and equipment on the job. The Employee shall exercise the same responsibility for the Company‘s tools as he does for his own. Should an Employee’s tools as listed herein be sto- len as a result of forcible entry or destroyed by fire or lost or damaged in transportation by the Com- pany, the Company shall compensate the Employee for the value of the tools.
