Tool Replacement / Repair. Tools normally furnished by the employee that 8 are verified lost on the job and under circumstances where ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ would pose a danger to an 9 employee, shall be replaced by the County with a comparable tool of the same manufacturer.
