Short-term Temporary Employees. 70.7 A short-term temporary employee will receive one week of personal leave after four weeks continuous service and 0.2 weeks of personal leave for each subsequent four weeks of continuous service up to a maximum of two weeks in the employee’s first twelve months of service.

After twelve months continuous service short-term temporary employees will receive 5.2 weeks of personal leave with pay. For every subsequent twelve months of service, short-term temporary employees will receive personal leave in accordance with subclause F4.14.
