Tools, Equipment & Uniforms. 3.1 The journeyperson and apprentice Employees shall only be required to supply the basic hand tools and equipment listed in Appendix C – Article 3.2 of this Agreement. A first year apprentice shall not be required to supply the voltmeter.

Tools, Equipment & Uniforms. The Employer will provide such tools and equipment necessary to carry out the work of the Home. The Employer will provide smocks or dresses to established classifications for Practical Nurses, Kitchen, Laundry and Housekeeping Aides and Nurses' Aides. Orderlies and Maintenance Workers will be provided with shirts and pants. Colour, type and quality, etc., will be at the discretion of the Administrator. It is understood that the above tools, equipment and uniforms are the property of the Employer and are not to be removed from the premises without the permission of the Administrator. If Management requires an employee to wear safety footwear a reimbursement will be paid to the employee.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 23.1 Uniforms‌ The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.
