Tools, Work-clothes &. Identification Employees shall report to work with the necessary hand tools and in a fit condition to work. All Plasterers’, Apprentices and Pre- apprentices must have clean Plasterers’ White Pants and White Long Sleeve Shirts-Whites (Dress Whites) in order to work for the contractor at worker’s expense.

Tools, Work-clothes &. Identification Employees shall report to work with the necessary hand tools and in a fit condition to work. All Plasterers’, Apprentices and Pre- apprentices must have clean Plasterers’ White Pants and White Long Sleeve shirts-Whites (Dress Whites) in order to work for the contractor at workers expense. All Company Shops, trucks, Gang Boxes, Buckets and Pumps must have an Union approved “Proud To Be An OP&CMIA Union Plasterer” stickers place in visible location. The Union will supply ample amount of these stickers with the approval from the WWCCA if stickers from the union are changed.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Day Work The Company shall structure the Project Working Hours to include one (1) half-hour rest break to be taken without deduction of pay by Employees working the Project Working Hours on any day, Monday to Friday.
