  • Total Contract Amount The contract total for services shall not exceed $1,200,000. Pricing shall be per Exhibit F attached.

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.

  • Leave Balances The President and Vice-President will accrue vacation and sick leave during the period of absence; however, when the President and Vice President return to state service their leave balances will not exceed the employee’s leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. If the President or Vice-President retire or separate from state service at the end of the period of absence, the employee’s leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. Reporting of leave will be submitted to the Employer. All leave requests will be submitted within the required time limits.

  • Part-Time Commitment (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The Hospital shall not refuse to accept an offer from an employee to make a written commitment to be available for work on a regular predetermined basis solely for the purpose of utilizing casual employees so as to restrict the numbers of regular part-time employees.

  • Total Cost It is estimated that the total cost to Princeton University for the performance of this Contract shall not exceed the Not-to-Exceed Price set forth in the Contract and the Contractor agrees to use its best efforts to perform the Work specified in the Contract and all obligations under this Contract within such Not-to- Exceed Price. If at any time during performance of this Contract, Princeton University has reason to believe that the cost required to perform the Work of this Contract will be substantially greater or less than the stated Not-to-Exceed Price, Princeton University will so advise the Contractor, giving the then- revised estimate of the total amount of effort to be required under the Contract.
